Families residing in the sitio are all tenants, they don’t own the land, for the community and families’ development, they need to be relocated, the Honorable Mayor Lorna Mae B. Vero decided to purchase a 1 hectare land to bring all the families who are far from the center of the sitio where the multipurpose hall will be erected.

The participants entered the 4th Alllights Village experiencing Filipino traditional lifestyle riding a cart pulled by a carabao. They met with their brotherhood and sisterhood (local leader and Alllights Village selected head of the family), did tree planting, home visitation and ground breaking. The program of the 9th GPLE was held at the middle of the agricultural land purchased by LGU. Llanera officials a employees were all in attendance and support of the said program. Local leaders, Korean participants and Village people became much closer as our Korean brothers and sisters shared their gifts to all families and students of the village.
